Stock & buying

Your inventory
see your stock, what it's worth and what's running low.
Add an item
add a part or material so you can buy it, stock it, and put it on quotes, jobs and invoices.
Item details
see one part's stock, history and prices, and edit it.
Storage locations
set up the places you keep stock (warehouse, vans, sites).
Move stock between locations
record parts moving from one van, warehouse or site to another and check both stock counts.
Receive stock
book in a delivery so your stock-on-hand goes up - and your costs stay right.
Stocktake
count what's actually on the shelf and correct the system to match - with a record of the adjustment.
Supplier bills
see the bills from your suppliers for the stock you've bought.
Pay a supplier bill
record that you've paid a supplier's bill - in full or part - so what you owe them stays right.
Write off stock (wastage & loss)
take damaged, lost or wasted stock off your on-hand count - with a wastage entry in the item's movement history.
Your suppliers
see the businesses you buy from.
Add a supplier
add a merchant you buy from, so you can raise purchase orders and receive stock against them.
Your purchase orders
see what you've ordered from suppliers.
Create a purchase order
order parts from a supplier, send the order as a PDF, and receive the stock against it when it lands.
Receive a delivery
book in the stock from a purchase order when it lands - so your counts and costs update and the supplier bill can be drafted.
Cancel a purchase order
close off an order you're not going ahead with.
