Open a site from a customer's Sites section (or from a job) to see and edit everything about that address.
What you'll find
- Site - the site name and status.
- Address - the country-appropriate street/locality/state/postcode or ZIP code and the map pin (latitude and longitude). Use Pick on map to drop the pin exactly where the work is - handy for big sites, rural blocks or new builds with no street number.
- On-site contact - the person to meet there, with their phone and email.
- Notes - access notes (gate codes, parking, dogs) and any site hazards specific to this address.
- Required to attend this site (AU/NZ) - the qualifications/tickets a worker must hold to be sent here (e.g. a White Card, an asbestos awareness ticket). This feeds the compliance check when you dispatch crew. It warns by default; if your business turns on the Compliance setting, a missing mandatory ticket blocks dispatch.
- Job history - every job booked at this site, with its status. Click one to open it - handy for recurring-maintenance addresses.
- Incidents at this site - any safety incidents logged here, so you can spot a pattern at a glance. Click one to open the full report.
Tap Save changes to keep any edits, or Discard to put the site back as you opened it. Both stay greyed out until something changes.
The Required to attend this site card is an AU/NZ feature and supplies the rules for the compliance check. Add the mandatory tickets a worker must hold; when the Compliance setting is on, dispatch will not accept a worker who is missing one.
You can also add a requirement note here - a site-specific instruction such as “close the gate behind you” or “check in at reception”. It is shown on the worker's job view as a reminder; it is not a tick-off step or a clock-on record.
US accounts do not see the AU/NZ qualifications card or the related booking check. Site addresses and ordinary scheduling still work, but Tradescraft does not present these records as US licensing compliance.
Good to know
- The site's location is what puts jobs on the map and lets dispatch find the nearest worker, so it's worth getting the pin right.
